Is there any other way I can add more polys to my modle without subdivide?

When I subdivde it deforms my modle.

Any info would help..

There's lots of ways, but rather than have us explain each one, it would be better if you included a pix so we could gauge which option was more appropriate.

Yes what Riki said. There are numerous ways. You can bevel out new faces, smooth shift out whole areas, go and manually built in more polys, lathe, extrude, etc... It just depends on what you're doing.

And which subdivide are you using. And is it a subpatch model? There are 3 different methods of subdivide, Faceted, smooth, and metaform. Faceted should not change the shape of your model that much. Smooth will do what it says, and smooth out the form of the model somewhat. And Metaform is basically doing the same thing that applying subpatch to your model is doing, just on a frozen polygon object instead of subpatches. It's like Smooth on crack.

STENCIL works really well for me.
