Application failed

Haven't used my Tri-Caster in a while so I booted it up and got this message:The application has failed to start because BackgroundGenerator.Toast was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
What does this mean? Need to fix by next Thursday for recording video training.

I am having this same problem on the loaner Tricaster Newtek sent to me. My Tricaster is currently being repaired.
