Yeah, that's cool. Post a wireframe. The feet look very good.
I have an on again, off again dragon project. I should call him the perpetual dragon; or, the -unfocused-animator-trying-to-do-too-many-different-things dragon.

You might run into problems with the wing intersecting the hip when you get the wings flapping.

Hey,
Good job on the wings, I too tried my stab at a dragon not to long ago and I was stumped at how to model the wings realistically with the flesh between the bones.

Did you use extender to do that?

I tried Extender but it look crap where it joins to the dragon, it's atucally Smooth Shifted. It the best way i could figure out but i don't know any better.

Oh yeah any tips on how to go about texturing, spliting the UV up and i'll have to go through a Tut at some point :(

I'd have the wings flat, so you can map planar Y.

You should think multiple maps. Here's a UV tut:

If you're going to animate it, work that out first before texturing. If you spend a lot of time texturing and then find you have to modify the model to properly animate, you're gonna be pissed.
