Err hello...
...did I just miss something or what. I was doing some really interesting research on the forum Fiday night and when I got up Saturday to continue the forum had changed. I must have missed the notices which I presume were posted to tell of this drastic change. Where are all the prvious postings? When I do a search for a subject I get next to nothing. Its as if the great library of Alexandria has just gone up in flames and nobodys noticed. Nobodys even mentioned the change in their messages. Have I just woken up in a parralel universe, am I being thick?..hheeeeellllppppppp

There was a post in every section of the old forum telling ppl about the new forum, and the old forum SHOULD be made available at some point but only to read, u wont be able to post in it anymore.

Thanks spank.. had a nasty turn there. I was searching the previous posts and must have missed the notice. I really hope the old threads are made available real soon as I'm at a crucial stage in my project and they are absolutley invaluable. Don't suppose you know if photon mapping is on the current version of LW. I need to find the best (fastest and most glorious) way to render some interiors for animation. I run a Mac, perhaps I need to look at electric image, or just fake radiosity. This may require a seperate post.
