Hey

I'm new to the forum.
Fairly new to Lightwave too.
I'm using Lightwave 8 at the moment and I'm having a bit of trouble getting my head around what is Discovery Mode. I have a licenced copy but have some restrictions on my save opitions.

Can anybody help?

Discovery Mode basically means LW isn't seeing your dongle so has gone into "demo" mode. Do you have your dongle pluggedin and do you have the latest version of the Sentinel Drivers installed?

Thank you, I noticed my dongle was lying on the floor now it's in and Discovery Mode has disappeared, thank you for your help! :)

Did you have registered you LW copy (NT-Europe or your dealer)?
They'll send you a License number which let you use LW in full mode.

If you already registered then you can have some Sentinel related problems.
