Working on a tank and trying to learn UV mapping. Didn't do the textures quite high enough resolution for a shot this close, but it's not too bad from a bit further out. Still mapping other parts of it.

I found the model a bit too "straight" ; it lefts bevels on corners

Great texturing anyway!

Yes, it's coming along very well, good work.

The only thing that strikes me is that the texturing looks old and beaten up, but the geometry is more suited to a new tank, I think you need to ding it up a bit in terms of bump, or a few well placed dents done with geometry.

To my eyes, the curved parts around the entry hatch on top look particularly smooth, and I'd expect a lot of wear here.

yeah I'm starbase on this one.

I think that the beveling is alright; there are some parts that could do with a little more, but I do not think it is a huge deal. Ambient occlusio would be nice.

Like the model though, good detail.
