support RAL colors

recently i have seen more and more software supporting RAL color scheme which is used in architectural and design industry as a standard

look at http://www.easyrgb.com/reference.php

You can find a RGB value for RAL colors (and others). Of course not for "mettalic" colors like RAL 9007.
