Ok I have a few torches in a scene, fire is done with a Vol. distant light, and the acuall light is done with a area light, is htere a way to add a noise ro fractil ot its intecity/falloff to give it that flame effect? Sorry i'm a maya/max kid, wanting to learn a new app. So far pickingh it up pretty quick but kinda stumped here. Can some one point me to a tut? I dontl think it would be to hard to and i'm on a mac BTW. Thanx

Go in the graph editor and add the noisy channel modifier to the lights intensity envelope
