Render only a section of camera shot?

Is it possible to render only a section of the camera shot in LW?

Let's say your shot is all set in layout, but you only need to see a certain little section of shot to see if it is turning out correctly. Can you make some kind of bounding box around just that area in the camera view and just render that little part?

That make sense? This is what I mean:
look at pic number 05 on page 2:

see how just that section of her fishy face is rendered?

Look in your manual under "limited region" (assuming you happen to have one)
