For our next assignment in our 3D modeling class I have chosen to make attempt to create a character from a picture I have had sitting around for a long time.

I am still trying to work out how to model a head and up until this one I have never been happy with the results. Sooner rather than later (Ihope) I will get it nailed.

Meanwhile it's now time to figure out how to model a body onto this head so that I may have him ready by the due date and then I can animate him next semester.

Enjoy.

Here we meet again, this is truly an accomplishment

one of the most realistic 3d character ever modeled in Lightwave that i've seen in many many years, the level of detail is staggering

Wooohaaa !! so much to say about it, its simply shows the talent behind the concept

Bravo !@!!

Don't be an idiot Peanut. Your sarcasm isn't appreciated here.

Petrik,

As far as modeling a body, check out this link and follow the links at the bottom. You might find them helpful.
