Mac Film Gimp 0.16

Hi, I'am trying to install Mac Film Gimp 0.16, it requires a password, and when I try authenticate the install it won't let me go any further, even when I log in as root. I have admin privileges, but nothing seems to work! anyone know how it's done?

Type in your password really slow. I have also heard that there are problems with powerbooks.

It may also help to reset the privileges.

Boot up on the OSX install CD

On the top menu you'll find "Open Disk Utility".

Select the boot-up drive and run "Repair Privileges".
