LW noob with ACS4/Motion Mixer questions

I'm trying to get started with character animation.
Can anyone give me a point form description of how to load a motion file into motion mixer?
Specifically, using a rigged character such as one done using ACS4.
I never really got to see the bolo walking.
Also, trying to move the sliders doesn't seem to work for me.
Do I have to unlock stuff in the scene editor? Any help is appreciated.

Theoretically... for loading a motion file...

Shouldn't it go like this ? ...
1) Load Bolo.lws
2) Load Motion ... browse to directory, select Bolo_Walk.hmot
3) Play

When I press play ... the scrolling button key thingy moves but the bolo model disappears showing only the rigging/controls and the bounding box.

EDIT: nvm.. I got the Motion Mixer part workin. :D :cool: :)
