What is considered to be the best Hand/Arm IK setup?

Hi.

I have been trying various setups for Hand/Arm IK and in all of them i have been running into one problem. I haven´t found a good method to align the forearm twisting ( 3forearm bones) with the hand. Is there an efficient way to automate this?

Depending on the setup either the hand won´t stay properly aligned with the forearm, or the forearm doesn´t align.

I want a hand i can pose properly without having to correct amnually (hehe).

Could someone point me (LOL) in the right direction?!

I wouldn't go so far as to say this is the best, but it does what you want I think.
