Could we have an option that whatever clip you click on and highlight in the timeline also becomes highlighted in the storyboard and vice versa?

It would make it much easier to figure out what clip in a huge storyboard you are working on in the timeline.

I realize you can select track clip and the marker jumps to it, but the marker is hard to see in little storyboard icons, and I do not always want my marker place on the timeline to move.

I am actually not sure why you wouldn't want the highlighting of clips to follow each other in timeline/storyboard.

Thanks
Jim

I think it would be a good option, but not an always enabled kind of thing. Keeping different things highlighted, one in the storyboard and one in the time line can make it easy to jump back and forth between things you're tweaking...

BTW, although this isn't exactly what you're asking for, there is the "new to 4.5" option of "storyboard tracks timeline." Enabling this will at least keep your scrub bar always visible in both displays.
