Could we have an Index for the VT manual?

Or maybe just for starters, since there is already the glossary of terms, add page numbers next to any of the names that are referenced in the book.

I looked at creating an index, but after the fact, it is a hairball to try to create. :(

However, there is something even faster!

THE VT[4] Manual (ftp://ftp.newtek.com/pub/VideoToaster/Downloads/) in electronic form. Copy the VT4.pdf to your desktop and you're ready to go. This is all the chapters and appendices in a single file. Ctrl-f to find a phrase, and you're there in seconds!

Of course, this doesn't help if you wish to do some 'light reading' in the bathroom. :D
