I've imported a 3ds file into LightWave and then exported a ShockWave w3d file. When previewed in Director, the w3d model has transparent polygons appear at one angle but not another. The model looks and renders fine in LightWave. I've attached an example. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe the polygons are facing in the wrong direction, check the normals in modeler. Also only 3sides polys.

Thanks for the quick reply. The polygons are facing the right direction in Modeler and all polygons are three sided. The attached file shows renders from LightWave, a preview from Modeler and the Polygon Statistics panel. The renderings and preview do not show the same problem as the Shockwave w3d file. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I found the problem. The TARGA file used for the texture map contained an alpha channel. I simply disabled the alpha within LightWave's Image Editor.
