Crashing when rendering scene

Everytime I try to render a scene to a Quicktime file Lightwave crashes.

I can render each frame without any problem but it seems to crash when it adds the frame to the Quicktime file.

At first I thought my scene file was corrupt, but the same problem occurs with scenes that used to work.

Any ideas?

I am running Lightwave 7.5 under OS X.2.5 on a G4 iMac with 768MB memory and have Quicktime 6.2 Pro installed.

Try this-
Just before u hit F9-10 press "S" to save then render... Otherwise its a ram issue and you have memory segments too high. There have been other posts talking about this, also LW for some reason doesnt like jpegs. I use .TGA.

I've got the same problem as BeyondCloister. I can render a still frame as a .tga, but not a 300 frame sequence as a Quicktime movie. My poly count is low - just 1750. I can render out a different scene with a much lower poly count in QT. I tried Ade's suggestions, but LW still crashes. Any thoughts?

I'm running LW 7.5 on a G4 Powerbook with 512MB ram, OS X.2.6, and QT 6.3.
