EPS Import into 7.5

I am working on a pc and I am trying to import an .eps logo that is all font. The fonts have all been turned into outlines. Yet, it fails to import....

Any thoughts?

Make sure it's saved in a version 8 or lower of Illustrator. After 8 they changed the EPS format to be in line with PDF and LightWave won't open the files.
