New SELECT SELECTED plugin

Here is my new plugin: Select Selected.

Plugin description:
If you select polygons, and then select points, then this plugin
will leave only those points selected, which belong to selected polygons.

This will help you to select desired points without extra hiding/unhiding
(because you can have something hided already!).

The reason of making this plugin was following:

Sometimes it is not handy to use Hide Unselected to localize selection, because often something is already hidden, and it will require restoring of hiding again.

And method to use Select Connected and then unselect unnecessary points is not always good, because often it requires viewport scrolling/zooming to unselect points, and for dense geometry it also slows down.
