MimicPro2 incompatible with LW8.3?

Hi, I'm just trying to use MimicPro2 with LW8.3(build801) and I'm not having any luck. It loads up alright but when I get into the Mimic interface with all the phenomes setup and press play, the characters lips just don't move.

Anyone had this working? What about 8.2?

Mine works fine. Using 8.3 mimic pro 2 under win2k.
