Streaming Help Please

I have a client who is interested in streaming a 6 hour meeting.
Can anyone help me on this. I have VT 4.0 and 4.5 uninstalled so far.
I have been waiting to try this. I need to find a provider for streaming I guess but dont know where to begin.
Is any one out there doing it successfully?
