and i would really like to know how to make it more realistic without the radiosity turned on because i've tried it.one more thing the refliction on the real picture (the first one) i would like to know how to make somethin like it. :)
The most important parts of making this look realistic include:
1) body shape: you're close, but the curves at the point are too sharp
2) details, details, details, the bridge is missing the string saddles
3) pickup selector switch needs detail
details, details, details, always make a model look great. Even when all else fails, detail makes it look great.
good luck

In addition to the other comments:
You can fake the deep varnish gloss by making the varnish as an actual part of the mesh, but just a little bit larger overall by a mm or so. Make it highly glossy, and reflective. apply the basic wood texture to the inside part (that you have now). This part should not be reflective.

At the moment, you still have that "segmented" look to it as well, if it's sub-D - you need to raise the patch level. If it's not Sub-D, you need to put more geometry in there, it will mean a fair bit of tweaking, but such is life.
As others have said, it's in the detail, if you check out these images, you can see sliders, screws, inserts, even the string pegs have the groove in them, each part of the machine heads was modelled, the strings go through the tuning pegs as they should. These details may not be noticable straight away, but they would be noticable by their absence if you see what I mean.
