Hay ppl. Im working on a new model. Can you tell who she was modeled after? I think the face looks pretty good. I need to tweak her neck muscles, the ears, and put a little more detail into the hands and feet. I'm wondering if there are any tips to making my renders more photo-real. I dont want step by step help, but maybe someone can give me a few key words to put me in a new direction. I think her body came out pretty well. Please tear it up. Thanks.

I like how that face is progressing so far. Any thoughts yet on how you are going to do the hair? Polys or Sas maybe?

Thank you. I modeled it after Cameron Diaz. Im not sure about the hair yet. i tried the poly method tut on this site but it didnt look to well, and I have to many points for saslite. I think I will just buckle down and buy sas. or start working on a hat :>

Looks good so far what did you use to do the eyelashes?

why thanks. I used polys. They worked out so well that I just stuck with that method. I have not tried sas for eyelashes yet, but from what I've seen on this forum, polys work best. I started playing around with reflection maps last night. They make a big difference in the render, but im just goofing around. I need to find some tut's.

this came out really good. AVI 3.6 MB

Houdini - Angelina is looking much better. I would maybe fade out the lips near the edges a little bit. IMO only.

Lets see if this post works.............

The back of the head on the side picture looks too big.
I would reduce it a bit.
Apart from that, she looks superb, and I like a lot the painted on skin suit on the front picture. That's an idea I will re-use :D

Nope. Dan Ablan style. Bulding each eyelash. *groan* but it looks good. Attaching first pose picture since AVI did not post. Thanks for the comments.

Very natural form, and I love the pose. Wow one eye lash at a time. I was hoping you would not say that, but you are right it looks really good.

Yeah, building them one at a time is how we learned in class. They look good, but are a pain to manage.

I gotta say wow on the form! Those posed pictures look very nice indeed. I take it that's the head that you posted before?

Oh and I don't think you can attach a file that large. Your best bet is to upload it somewhere and then give us a link to it.
