Hello all,

any help is appreciated.

I'm trying to get camera data into AE...the camera is targeting an object, so the camera rotates as it translates, but the rotation data does not show up in the Camera's Graph Editor, the rotational values are all at 0.

I've read through the manual and searched posts but can't find a simple way to bake the rotation data into keyframes...There must be a simple way to do this, maybe a motion modifier?

Thanks
pdeb

I've had this problem before, so I was intrigued to find a solution. Apply 'Motion Baker' under motion options, then just hit play on the timeline. Channels will be baked as the slider advances.

You will have to check the channels when it's done, the values will flip when your camera goes past 180 or -180. This is unavoidable because of the math involved.

There may be a better plug-in on Flay.com (http://flay.com)
