Audio and Other Software Applications

Hey Newtek World:

Still no luck detecting my SX-8 with the virtual BOB so I'll probably have to send it in. However, I'm moving on to another question.

My computer is plenty powerful to handle many other software applications. I've deactivated my onboard audio. What do I do for audio with these other applications? Can they be run through the VT some how? Here are some of my system specs:

MB: Supermicro P4DC6+
Audio: On board AC97 (deactivated)
CPU: Dual Xeon 2.4GHZ
RAM: 1 Gig
OS: Windows XP Pro
VT: build 3890

I believe I've heard that some use PCI sound cards. Thanks for any help.

I have a PCI Soundblaster installed in my VT box with no problems, Paul. My computer sounds come out to my computer speakers, and my VT audio goes out to a separate audio monitor.
