error message what does it mean!?!?

iv got an error pop up wen tryin to use the boolean tool , it ses "Unable to regenerate contour...this maybe caused by highly non-planar polygons" how do i find and fix non planar polygons?? sum1 help me plz!

Make shure You are in polygon selection mode (Ctrl-H). Hit "W" for the statistics. Press the small "+" to select all nonplanar Polygons. Triangulate them (Shift-T).
