IK Boost crashes LW 8.3

Trying to get back into bones. I have a null object with 5 bones. Click on IK Boost tool and LW 8.3 crashes. Am I doing something wrong??

Double-check that this is not a video driver issue. Install your card's latest driver software then see if it still crashes.

Nope: Wasn't the video drivers.

Updated drivers=same problem.
