This is a message for users and NOT the creators / pushers of Easy Split. I am wondering if it is really worth it. The plug-in does seem to have its uses, but I am wondering with the new update if this is a MUST HAVE tool. Or, it is just a matter of convenience. I would like to hear from some users of this tool. I was thinking of getting since it is only 50 bucks.

So, lets hear from users... Not developers please.. I can go to your website if I want to hear from you. :-P

Looks f@*$#! great to me. Knife tool can be a real pain, especially if you want to work fast.

The other two tools it replaces have multiple, multiple steps too, and get real tedious real fast. I'm sure that if you got used to this new tool, you'd call it a must have.

This is assuming it's stable and has no caveats, I've never used it -

well the one thing that does bother me as I have tried the demo; is that it doesn't support subpatches. This is not a huge deal, but sometimes when you are working on an organic object, and you exit subpatch mode, your polys can be in strange orientations that would be hard to slice in poly mode vs, the smoothed out subpatch mode. So, in my opinion, this tool only seems really useful for things that are made of standard polys and are also fairly flat and organized...

Dunno, I will keep watching it as it progresses. When it supports subpatches, then it would definitely be useful to me.
