building a flexable tube.

i am trying to build a flexable tube to go between a joint, and i am having no end of problems. i can get it to kinda do what i want but the ends dont stay in place. one end will always whip about like a tail.

You can get the Rope Rig plugin from Flay.com. It is a plugin that just sets up a bone chain for your rope object....pretty easy top use the plugin or just create the bone chain yourself to control it.
