Lightwave on ABC kids show

Hi all:

I am trying to recall the ABC kids show from several years ago that was Lightwave with live action compositing. It had a name like "argonauts" or something similar. I cannot recall. Does anyone remember it? Thanks

That would be Foundation Imaging's Hypernauts, created by Ron Thornton.

one of the few US (well as US as say Babylon 5 :-) "kids shows" that came close to the level of the stuff being produced in Australia, Canada and the UK.

so of course they killed it after 9 episodes or so.

there out of print but your local Blockbuster might have the three
"movies" that are edited together of the episodes. and they sometimes run on the Disney channel.
