If you are modelling and you can "see through" one side of the object, buy if you rotate around to the back and see the faces, you need to select the polygons that are "wrong" and press "f" to FLIP them.

Thanks for your help. ;)
...I FLIP them, but when rotated to another angle, it see through again...
any way I can just setup/preset it, so whichever angles will be solid and not transparent. :o
Thanks

I take it you want the polys to be double sided. There are 3 ways I know of to accomlish this.
1)Open surface editor and place a check box in the double sided options for that surface.
2) Select your polys copy them, paste them and finally flip them. You can also do a merge points if you wish.
3) Go to DETAIL>POLYGONS>MORE>DOUBLE SIDED
Hope this helps

I use the align polys plugin to accomplish that. I don't know if it's a LW plugin or if I downloaded it somewhere.

THANKSSSS SILK!!!!! :D
It works!! :o
...BTW, how to set that as default... so every time when start Modeler, save time to apply double sided? Thanks
thanks to mrunion and gjjackson :)

I don't know how to make that a "default" option, but unless everything you model is "flat", you're using double the polys you need. For example, a ball doesn't need double-sided-ness because it's closed up and youonly see the outside. Besides, render times increase with more polys, right?

I am not sure if it is possible to change and save default settings in the config file. Normally any changes to the surfaces is saved with the object, not Lightwave. This would have to be verified by some one who knows more about the config files. To see whether or not it is possible to have new default surface when Lightwave starts.
However, you can save a preset and place that in the preset panel. Or, you can create a new menu item that is more convenient for you and place the double sided option there.
It is also possible to create an lscript that can copy, paste, flip and merge the selected polys and place that lscript as a menu item.
To find the menu item double sided and place a copy of that in a new menu location. Goto: EDIT>EDIT MENU LAYOUT... in the left panel find command additional. Click on the arrow to the left of additional. Find Make-DoubleSided. Drag this to the right panel where you wish to have it listed.
