During a recent IMag gig, I seemed to experience a lot of bounce when using the spacebar to activate transitions. The fader-bar would start to move, then stop part-way during a fade. Hit it again, and it would go a little further and stop again! Hitting it a third time and it would complete the fade, and then fade back the first input.
I did replace the keyboard, but there was no improvement. I don't recall the spacebar being so sensitive in the past. I should have checked the windows keyboard pref, but didn't think of it until later.
It would be very nice if the the keyboard options in VT could 'lock to completion of one function at a time' so that a bobbing thumb in the exitment of the moment can't trigger multiple responces etc. In other words, not respond to any spacebar action until the transition in progress has been fully completed.
