ScreamerNet Shutdown - Hangs

Is it just me, every time I try to shut down ScreamerNet (using 7.5b) it hangs LW.

To shut down I'm pressing ESC, then clicking 'Screamer Shutdown'
is that the right way? anyone else have this problem?

It's not a big deal but it would be nice to find a solution.

perhaps you're hitting shutdown too quickly after escape. give the nodes time to finish the render they're on.

do you have to wait until they finish the frame they're on?

if so that would make sense for the crashes, shame you can't tell the nodes to forget the frame they're on!

The way I understand it, the nodes only know what to do by checking the job file. They don't read the job files during a render, so they won't see the "quit" message until they're done.

I mean if you think about it, you wouldn't want the node doing anything other than rendering. Not checking files ever-so-often. :) That would waste processor speed.
