Looks like a good start ya got there.

Try smoothing the abs and pulling down the shoulders a little. :)

and show us a larger wireframe plz.

Thanks, I've done a bunch of tweeking on the shoulders and
abs and also added a couple more muscles.

I've now about to get the back finished... Then I've gotta work on hands and face :)

this char is pretty cool. Some good modeling here, good muscle definition on him. If you keep the texture he could be a flesh demon or something. keep us posted.
