DVE with Audio

How about a way to link an audio file with a DVE so that in a real time live switcher event you could use it in the switcher...

I got the idea when I was watching the recap part of American Idol (a friend of mine it the editor for the show) granted they do it in post but I thought it would be a cool effect for award shows.

oops, never mind - i see you want to do it live...... maybe incorporate a DDR with the audio files to trigger during the effect? Possible?:confused:
