Im modelling a new character, here are a few sketches of him:

Then here is the head almost completed:

I plan to finish this character, then go on to texture it, rig it, and animate
O yea! I almost forgot! What should I call him? He is suppose to be a puppet without strings of course, that always escaping tough situations. Almost like alladin. So what should he be called  Thanks you all.

Cya's all layers.
Paul

Well, I don't know. I think the detailing of the chest jars against the simplicity of the rest of the character. You are implying muscles but only in one place ( ever seen anyone with a well defined chest but spindly arms?). Just why does he have this sculptured chest?

First, they are not chest jars. That is his rib cage. Second, this is a cartoon character and its CG we can pretend on things. CG isn't "real" so thats why I can model him how I want him to look, and I did and am happy with how he does  .

Thanks you guys for all your comments and just for those who are curious I will simply call him............................................... ....................................Puppet

Ok, that's good. It was only an opinion. My use of the phrase ".. the chest jars against .." meant that the chest wasnt (IMHO) in keeping with the rest of the body. I wasn't refering specifically to a "chest jar" whatever that is.

I wrongly interpreted what you have explained is a ribcage as defined musculature. I wonder how many others will do the same.

Good luck with your project.
