VT3 Delay

We record straight into the computer from our cameras. Is there any way to decrease the delay when recording. We would like to show live shots of the pastor and audience during the service on our big screens, but the delay is somewhat distracting. Any suggestions?

There are several threads on this behaviour..... do a search for "latency" and you'll find most of them.

To make a long story short, yes, there are a few things you can do to minimize the effect, but you are generally limited by the delay produced by the hardware, namely the projectors.
