It was raining all this weekend so I had a bit of time to put into the model. It seems to be comming along pretty good. Just need to do some textures and finish the hands.

Those trainers are great!!! Very well modelled and textured.

I have to agree about the boxiness of the model (the side of the jacket and to a lesser extent the face).

I also agree with the boxiness form of your model's torso, apart from that this looks great.

Hey thanks for the replies. The reason that it's boxy at the bottom, is that I needed to model the pants first, so I could see the flow of the geometry. You'll notice that the top isn't like that at all. I made the mistake on the last character that I did like that. I find it easier this way. Now that all the elements are complete to a rough except the hands, I will start rounding everything out and adding geometry. Just wait until you see the environment that I built for him. Tons of great imagination in it.

Here is the bowl that he's gonna be skating. It's also a WIP, by no means finished but it's also quite close. Almost all of the surfaces will be different that this. Plus the model still needs a bit of attention. By the way this is all for an opening sequence for a skate video that I just finised cutting together. The bowl on the top of the building is in the shape of the company's symbol. It gonna be sick I hope.

Looks pretty good.
One crit for the skatepark is to add some street stuff, not just vert :S Atleast a park bench.
