I used Maestro with several "human" to rig wihtout problems until the last one.
Maestro crash and LW closed itself without warning or error.

It's a lowP (5000) human that has been "reduced " with qemmloss under lw8.2
Maestro start well, then I select the bibed rig and the riging started as usua.

The last step I saw is the "reload" of plugins or element (maybe the 3 reload).

Any clue ?

I sent you an email about this, but I'll repost here as well. If your character name is too long, Lightwave crashes when trying to import the expressions library. This is actually a Lightwave problem, as it will happen even without Maestro. If you create an expressions library with an expression that has too many characters, and simply import the library from within graph editor, lightwave will crash.

The easy answer is to keep your character name below 20 characters or so. We're going to figure out the exact character count that causes problems, and then set up a warning flag in the rigger so that it won't proceed if your character name is too long.
