Photoshop Logo -> 3D Model in Lightwave

Looking for bids and payment schedule to turn the following logo into a Lightwave 3D Model.

Logo is to appear near photorealistic, metallic (brushed metal), and sculpted. "a" character floats above the contoured button in line with compass rose arrows.

Receipt of goods will consist of finished render, scene and object files.
