I am having problem updating from 7.0 to 7.5

every time i try to install 7.5. I get an error message in Install shield.

it is

1608:Unable to create Install Driver instance.

version 7 works flawlessly. it will not update to 7.5

I even tried a clean install of 7...that didn't work.


using win 2000 pro 1 gig ram


any help would be greatly appreciated

contact technical support. that is not right. you may have a problem with the dongle or installation.
