Haven't posted any work in a while, so I thought I'd post this one as finished . . . This was a freelance job I am turning in tomorrow . . . If anyone is going to the Superbowl, it should be up at the sales center on the Southbank of Jacksonville.

Pardon some of the cheezy compositing jobs . . . but it was the best I could do given the timeframe and having only my "spare time" from full time job to work on it.

There are three images:

The Main Lobby on the ground floor; the pooldeck on the 9th; and the Apogee Lounge on the 38th

Wow. Nice job. Really like your work - the softness of the images is appealing.

Some picky things....

You have some tiling issues on the bricks, to the left under the swimming pool.

The building in the background in the scene with the bar seems to be in the wrong perspective.

Like I said though - beautiful work.

wow you are absolutely right on that texture tiling . . . man I didnt notice it earlier because I've been working on high resolutions so haven't really looked at that area that closely....

yeah, the background perspective was kinda tough... especially since the view is from the 38th floor of the building and the highest i could get was the 5th floor of a parking structure. . . maybe there's a little more manipulation of the photo i can do to make it look better.

Thanks for the comments

Nice work :) I also like the soft look! About the odd perspective in the background...quick and dirty method. Build a quick rough skyscraper box, cut the image up that you originally used and apply them to your geometry, then stick the geometry version in :)

Sorted!

Ok . . . NOW it is finished. . . mostly stuff in post was done--didn't have time to fix funky render issues.

Very nice. Love the added contrast.
