expression with particle

Hi! i need some help please!

I have one particle emitter and a couple of leaves, i link each leaf to one particle ID
and i want to link leaves rotation to velocity of particle?

Can i made expression for that and how?

Nope, expressions don't have acces to particles, but LSCript has to some degree.
