1. Place a clip that has audio on the timeline.
2. Right click and select unlock stream.
3. Highlight just the video portion and while holding ALT, grab the end of the clip to Stretch the clip.
4. The audio stretches with the video and slows the audio down as well, not just the video.
Work around is after step 2, hold CTRL and duplicate the audio track under itself then delete the old audio, then you can stretch the video by itself.
