I was busy trying to move a .cg file from the good old file bin over the top of an existing .cg file on the timeline to inherit the existing properties as per the book...when low and behold I was pasting an .avi clip from a project three weeks ago. Nothing I did would get rid of the old image. I now know the shortcut of clicking and dragging while holding the alt button from the file bin to the project and was successful in what I wanted to do, but how do I clean out that darn buffer?

If you haven't tried it yet, shut down the Toaster and go to wherever you have it put the Cache files to make sure they were deleted when you shut down T2; delete them manually if necessary before re-starting the Toaster. If that doesn't work, try going to the folder where the CG file resides, go into it's "NewTek Info" folder and delete all the files with the CG file's name. They will be rebuilt when you next access the CG file's folder from TEd.
