Hi!
How might I make my own custom null shapes?

Very cool Dodgy!
THanks so much!
Hurleyworks plug is great!
Except, LWs "item shape" custom object plug at least has scale for the objects.
Wish Hurleyworks did. It would be PERFECT!
DOn't want to have to make countless sizes of null shapes.
But works nice and adds alot of communication to the scene when working in a team.
Mucho gracias!

You could of course scale the null to which the custom object is attached...
There is also a script in the User Lscript documentation under the Custom heading which will allow you to convert an object into a custom object which you can then load using the Custom Lscript loader or as a plugin.

I'm using the custom object directly on an object. I can attach it to a null and scale the null, but one of the neat things about the custom null, is that when you click
it, it selects the object it's applied to. So you can create "handles" of sorts
to quickly select small objects or parts of something.
So this leads to my next conquest, an L-script to batch create many different
sizes of the custom object!
I'm going to check out the suggestion you made.
Thanks for the kind assistance!
