I need a Lightwave 8 demo to convince people at work to use it instead of cinema 4d

As the title say's I need a demo version of Lightwave 8, is there such a thing? there is a demo of cinema 4d r9 but i prefer Lightwave Help! Daz

You could try it out in 'Discovery Mode' if it were available for download, which it isn't, unfortunately.

I'm just going to have to save my pennies and buy the upgrade for myself ( I bought version 6.5 when it was released) and show off ';)

They are working on a Discovery edition.
