8.2 and AA

NT just made my day. 8.2 looks very promising for us architectural users. Improved AA alone has me very excited - that has been a major problem for years and I've been complaining about how Max has smoother AA than us.

With the SDK improvements I'm hopeful this will lead to more tools and an improved fprime.


Go Newtek! You just kept a user since version 3.1 (amiga). Now I will actually upgrade to 8 from 7.5 - the character stuff in 8 wasn't worth it, but this will be.

Yep, I agree. Looks like I'll get that tax write-off this year for upgrading from 7.5 after all :)

And throw in - ImageModeler 4.0 Bundle for RealViz - Electronic Upgrade with that and your rockin! I have one more copy of LW to upgrade and the ImageModeler deal was enough to pull the trigger before the end of the year.
