Does anybody have any cool tips on managing a full set of surfaces on a model?
I have a character model, it has about 20 different and quite complex surfaces applied.
I would like to swap these 20 for another set.
For example I want to render a clay style image of the object, then a low rez texture version for layout rigging and high rez texture version for final rendering.
For this I really need to be able to switch all 20 textures from one texture set to another. Any tips on how to go about doing this? I was thinking about having a reference model with the same surfaces and loading this into a layer in modeller, thus over-riding the surface settings, but this is a bit of a hack.
Thanks in advance, Chris
