I can't really critique this as it looks great to me. I'm very impressed with the muscle definition you've achieved. You must have studied anatomical diagrams to get that level of realism?

Maybe more experienced character modellers could find faults with it but not me :)

Hay thanks Adrian,,,i never really studied anatomy at all,,,i just downloaded some reference pictures and spent a lot of time observing them ,,the main advantage i`ve got is may be my 2d experience in character designing,,,i`ve drawn a lot of characters and i personally think that if any modelers spent most time sketching and studying their model first ,,,any result is achievable.....
